The bi-weekly reviews will take no more than 5 minutes to complete, but will deliver valuable insight into the quality of care and skill level of the professional reviewed. The reviews may be tracked over time to offer hospitals greater assurance that they will be provided with valuable and highly skilled healthcare professionals.

The healthcare professionals will receive Care Rewards™ points based on the scores they receive in the review process. These Care Rewards™ points, similar to what you may receive from your favorite airline or credit card company, are redeemable as donations to the professional's favorite charity or organization. The Care Rewards™ system is available to all Berean Healthcare Staffing professionals and is accessible on-line.
